Facility Lifecyle 4cast Update

FMG conducted a comprehensive Facility Lifecycle 4cast for Kyrene School District, updating the lifecycle conditions of 25 schools included in the original database. This update involved detailed on-site surveys and photographic documentation of each campus. FMG created a component-by-component inventory of all buildings, grounds, and equipment, organizing the data into a practical and user-friendly format tailored to the District’s specific needs.

The updated lifecycle information provided the District with a clear picture of the current condition of its facilities, including the estimated remaining useful life of interiors, exteriors, systems, and grounds for each school. This valuable data equips the District with the tools to make informed short-term and long-term policy decisions, ensuring proactive planning for maintenance, replacements, and capital improvements to support its students and staff for years to come.
