Bond Program Management

FMG successfully managed the $40+ million bond program for Cave Creek Unified School District, delivering critical facility updates to Cactus Shadows High School, Black Mountain Elementary, Transportation Center, and more. Our services included project planning and prioritization, budgeting, procurement assistance, schedule management, field observation, and the preparation of detailed Governing Board reports.

Despite the initial scope exceeding available funds, efficient planning and cost management allowed all projects to be completed within 24 months, with significant savings remaining in the Capital Project Account. By overcoming challenges and maintaining transparency throughout the process, we ensured confidence in the program’s successful completion.
