FMG oversaw the design and construction of the new Greenfield Elementary School campus in Roosevelt School District, providing comprehensive project management services to ensure a successful outcome. The $27.9 million project, funded through bond funding and supplemented by the Adjacent Ways Budget, was completed on time and below budget in July 2023, despite challenges such as a 20% construction cost escalation over the 24-month timeline.
The project involved the demolition of the existing school and the construction of a new four-building elementary school campus. FMG’s services included project planning, budgeting and overall budget management, procurement assistance, schedule management, weekly meetings, field observation, and project closeout documentation. FMG also managed all fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, ensuring a seamless transition into the new facility.
FMG’s approach was rooted in meticulous planning and coordination across all project phases. During preconstruction, FMG developed a comprehensive project list, prioritized needs, identified funding sources, established cash flow schedules, and facilitated procurement protocols. The construction phase featured a detailed master schedule and communication plan, along with design and vendor team facilitation. FM4Cast also provided a full facility lifecycle forecast, ensuring long-term value for the district.
