Bond Program Management

FMG effectively managed the $50+ million bond program for Osborn School District, delivering comprehensive updates across seven sites. The program included energy and water efficiency improvements, general building upgrades, complete redevelopment of administration buildings at five schools, new roofing and weatherproofing, a new gymnasium, district-wide classroom updates such as new carpet and paint, and more.

Our services encompassed bond project planning and prioritization, budgeting and overall budget management, procurement assistance, schedule management, field observation, and preparation of closeout documents. Weekly project meetings and detailed Monthly Governing Board Reports ensured transparency and progress tracking throughout the program.

Through strategic planning and proactive problem-solving, FMG’s meticulous approach allowed the program to be completed within 30 months, on schedule, with significant savings remaining in the Capital Project Account. This project exemplifies FMG’s ability to deliver large-scale district-wide improvements while maximizing resources and achieving long-term value.
